The pokemon you are trying to find has no regular version yet.
However, you will find that pokemon on one of the lists on the miscellaneous page.
Just scroll down until you see the name of the pokemon you are looking for.
You can also use CTRL+F to search for it.

What do I do with the ZIP files?

You need an archiver/unarchiver. You can get a great, quality free one for Windows at 7-zip.org
After you have installed it, right click on the file you downloaded, and click on 7-zip -> extract here.
